CPW offers realtime online billing
information for all of our accounts.
Customers may review their current bill, see past bills,
and even view bar graphs comparing utility costs for the
past twelve months. All you need is your account number,
and to provide a password at the prompts. Your password
can be four to ten characters long, and should be
something you would easily remember. You may add the login
screen to your "favorites" and bypass this instruction
page. Below is an example of the login box. First-time
users should only enter the account number. A password
screen will follow. Due to the complexity of the inquiry
system, please allow sufficient time for the server to
process.
Once you've entered the system, you will
see your current billing information, including total
Amount due at this time. Each of the utilities will be
listed along with the most current meter reading.
You may review Billing and Payment History
by clicking on "Display Account History." Bar graphs can
be found at the bottom of the history page.
From time to time, our billing system
mainframe may be unavailable due to downloading or
maintenance. Please check back at another time to review
your account. If you have a question about any of the
information on your bill, please call one of our Customer
Service Representatives at 864/848-5500.

Online Bill Payment
- You can pay your current bill online using our
secure transaction payment option. Just log in to the
billing information pages as described above and if
you owe a balance, the dynamic programming will guide
you through the process. Due to the complicity of the
programming and security measures, payment processing
may take up to several minutes. Please be patient.
NOTICE: If the account has been cut for non-payment
and payment is made on our website, you will need to
call 848-5500 on the next business day to schedule a
reconnect.
