Pay my bill
CPW offers several ways to pay your bill:
Mail your payment along with the payment coupon in the envelope provided with the bill. Be sure to apply proper postage, and ensure it is mailed with sufficient time to reach us by the due date. If you are mailing a pre-printed bill, please mail it to the address listed. If you are not mailing a printed bill, please mail to: Greer CPW P.O. Box 216 Greer, SC 29652
Customer Service Center
- The Customer Service Center is open weekdays from 8:30AM – 5:00PM. The Phone Center is open weekdays from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
- Customer service representatives at the counter will accept your payment as well as answer questions about your account and process service change requests.
Credit card payments can be made either at the counter or by phone. The name on the credit card must be the same name that appears on the account.
Automatic bank drafts offer a convenient way to pay your utility bill without having to write a check. Request an authorization form from one of our Customer Service Representatives, complete it and return it along with a voided check or deposit slip.
After-hour payments can be made at our night depository which can be used for payment 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and is located near the drive-thru window at the Office Complex at 301 McCall Street, Greer.
Internet secure payment processing and billing Information is available 24 hours a day. Using your VISA or MasterCard, you can pay your utility bill without having to write a check, lick a stamp, or leave your chair.
