Non-Emergency Service Requests
Greer CPW is available Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm to handle normal service requests. Our team is happy to help troubleshoot common issues or answer questions, including:
- Questions/maintenance requests regarding trees and utility lines
- Lighting problems in public areas (e.g. security or streetlights in our service area)
- Questions about natural gas safety/digging
