To request installation of a new service not yet offered by us, please follow these steps:

– Ensure you have the necessary construction permit before submitting your request.

– Create an account or sign in to the Customer Service Portal.

– Once logged in, click on “Construction Requests” > “Start a New Construction Request” > “Install Service” to start the process.

Once your request is validated by our team, you will receive an email notification to make an online payment. If you need help, visit our customer support station at 301 McCall Street, Greer, SC. We look forward to serving you!
