11/3/26 7:00 AM |Greer CPW gas crews have re-activated the main gas line and will move to individual meters next. This step requires testing at each meter and then relighting appliance pilot lights. Customers impacted by this outage should call 864-848-5500 to reactivate service.
11/3/26 3:45 AM | Greer CPW gas crews are currently working to restore service on Pine Ridge Road in Duncan. Greer CPW was originally dispatched to a call for no gas service and found a gas valve at Pine Ridge Road and Edwards Road had been turned off. We estimate 403 gas customers are impacted and we will need to re-activate gas service, perform testing and relight pilots. Our employees, and contractors from Appling Boring, EGW, and UPA are actively working to restore service and may need access to customers yards and meters. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Customers should call 864-848-5500 to have their pilot lights relit once testing has been completed.
