  • The United States Postal Service hub in Atlanta, Georgia where Greer CPW bills are mailed out of is currently experiencing delays. This could greatly impact you receiving a paper bill in a timely manner.
  • We are currently working with our bill printer to mail paper bills out of the Columbia, South Carolina office. In the meantime, we wanted to provide you with some additional steps that will ensure you receive the proper notification that your utility bill is due.
  • We recommend signing up for eBill (electronic billing) where you’ll receive an email each month that your bill is due. It will then prompt you to sign into the Customer Service Portal to view and pay your bill. You can still receive a paper bill while receiving an eBill however this ensures there is a backup in place.
  • To sign up for eBill, please use the step by step instructions and sign up for the Customer Service Portal.
  • We also encourage customers to confirm their contact information in their Customer Service Portal. We use a phone number on file to place nonpayment phone calls in addition to boil water advisories and gas leaks.  Please ensure this phone number does not go to a dial by directory or phone tree as our automated system cannot process the call.
  • Resources are available on our website including step by step videos of how to log into your Customer Service Portal and maintain your communication preferences.
  • Any customer who believes they have not received a paper bill should call Customer Service at 864-848-5500.
