GREER – Starting Monday August 3 the Greer CPW customer service lobby will close from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. during normal business hours. The drive-thru will remain open.

“The health and safety of our employees is our number one priority. We believe closing the lobby for one hour each day is the best decision to keep all departments healthy,” said Fredia Snow, Administration Manager.

In addition to the customer service lobby changes, the push to encourage customers to set up service and pay bills online is growing.

“We’ve seen a large increase in the number of over the phone and online payments. This is encouraging to see since we believe handling payments online is the safest and most secure way to do business with us,” said Mike Richard, General Manager.

Most recently, the Greer CPW IT department implemented forms that allow new customers or customers looking to transfer service the ability to do so online. By visiting, Greer CPW’s website customers will fill out the requested form and a customer service representative will receive the information for processing.

AutoPay is now available for Greer CPW customers! AutoPay ensures your bill is paid on its due date to avoid late fees or disconnection. Once you enter your payment information, whether it’s a credit card or bank account and select the AutoPay option, funds will be electronically transferred each month to pay your bill.Learn More
